WREATHS/FLORAL CREATIONS AND CENTREPIECES:
Many hours have gone into curating and building each of our hand crafted items with attention to detail. With that being said each item is photographed from various angles, and details are provided outlining size along with most of the material used.
Prior to shipping, each item is inspected for quality and packaged securely to the shipping box with efforts to minimize movement within packaging while in transit to you.
Once items have been shipped, no returns or refunds will be provided.
If Items are Damaged through shipping. Items may be shipped back at customers' expense, and will be repaired. Prior to shipping an item back due to shipping damage, we ask that you provide photos of the damage claim. Photos of the original shipping box and item is required to ensure an appropriate claim can be filed with the shipping company/mail person(s). DO NOT ship an item back until instructed to do so as we want to ensure the shipping damage claim has been adequately investigated, etc.
Upon receiving a return, the item original shipping box and item will be inspected for damage followed by repaIr. If unable to repair, exact item will be replaced and shipped to the same original address.
Request to return a wreath other than damages due to shipping will simply NOT be accepted as details and photos have been previously provided to ensure you have been provided with adequate information to make decision leading to final purchase.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:
Prior to shipping, each individual item has been inspected and carefully packaged.
Returns must be initiated within 7 business days from date you received the goods, along with a detailed reason for return.
Each return is subject to a 10% restocking fee and return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser unless otherwise communicated.
NOTE: We will do our best to work with you on any dynamic situations that have lead to your unhappiness. While protecting the integrity of our work and standing by the product(s) we sell, it is our hope that you understand our position on returns as outlined above.
WORKSHOPS:
Participation space is limited and seats are booked in advance to ensure attendance minimums have been met and that we respect max capacity. With that being said, confirmed attendance is a vital factor when gathering materials, etc.
Therefore, unless ample notice (minimum 2 weeks) is provided we cannot offer a refund but will extend a credit towards a future workshop.
NOTE: unforeseen family and health circumstances that cause inability to attend a paid for event will result in a full refund.
